Talk about parallelization of RETIS

I was invited to speak at the Platform for Advanced Scientific Computing (PASC) conference, held in Basel, Switzerland in 2018. My talk discussed some in-progress work to parallelize replica exchange transition interface sampling in OpenPathSampling.
